I'm sorry to take the results down so quickly but I really need to explain the situation I'm in right now. I might not be able to get on and do much lately for the next few days. If you've seen the weather, whoo let me tell you it's not pretty on the beach right now in NC. Last night was one of the most terrifying nights of my young life. We had severe tornado warnings (warning = spotted tornado) ALL around me. For like 15 minutes I was sitting in nothing but purple areas on the weather map.

But last night. . .those 15 minutes felt like hours. The winds picked up to speeds of over 40 mph. What was worse, the night was coming fast and it was even darker with all the storm clouds. It was around 8 (20:00) when the storm hit. All you could do was sit there and feel the house shiver and sway and did I mention we have a lot of those 90 foot trees all around my house? Anyways, the winds kept getting stronger and stronger and the sky got darker and darker. Then all you could hear was stuff ramming into the side of the house. That's bad. It was hail, it might not have been that big but it was still hail. Then it stopped, and then it started to hail again, but this time it was BIG hail. Like knock you in the head you're out kind of hail. Those are all signs of a tornado about to hit. So then we all head into my mom's bathroom since it's the bottom, most middle room. And we just stayed there and listened as they kept talking about tornadoes hitting all over the county. We had a tornado hit less than 20 minutes away from here, another one half an hour, and a waterspout not too far. It was insane.

Today we had to get out of school early because it's supposed to be like that again sometime soon tonight. It's already starting to flood really bad down there. God I hope this is all we're getting this year. We're not even in hurricane season yet and it's this bad of weather. When we came home today the window in my mom's room was totally busted in from just the wind.

I'm sorry to make this journal so long but I wanted you all to know what's been going on and what could happen if anything did happen. I hate to talk about it like that, but you have to, you know?

So I won't be able to do much this next week internet wise because of all these nasty storms.
